Private sessions available by appointment — mornings and evenings most weekdays.
I came to yoga during a particularly hectic stretch of my life and never looked back. What started as stress relief became a lifelong study of how we inhabit our bodies — how we breathe, how we balance effort and ease, and how movement can become a form of clarity.
I've been teaching for over eight years across studios, corporate wellness programs, and private clients. My classes draw on Vinyasa, Yin, and somatic movement traditions — always with an eye toward what feels functional, accessible, and genuinely nourishing.
Outside of the studio I love hiking, reading, and long mornings with good coffee.
